problem accessing emails

I have a Galaxy S5 with service from T Mobile. When I access my Hotmail account, I can only get emails dating back 7 days. How can I access my older emails?

If you have older emails in your Hotmail account, you can view them with CloudMagic. Are you sure your Hotmail account is set to retain your older emails "forever"?

My Yahoo account auto-trashes stuff after my Mozilla Thunderbird PC app reads/downloads them. The oldest ones I have are 7 days old also, but that is a setting in Thunderbird, and not Yahoo.

I have a screenshot of some stuff in my _Inbox folder dated back to 30 Jan, 2014. That is a temp InBox I created for holding stuff a few days.

I have folders created for certain people I converse with that are very important, some of those are 2 years old and they are still there, and CloudMagic can see them all.

AZ, I would prefer to not have to use another app for it, and be able to access those email directly through my Hotmail account. Is that possible? And yes I am still able to access those emails on my desktop computer, so they have not been deleted.
