Problem after JELLYBEAN update

I have a phone Micromax Canvas A110, I upgraded it to Jellybean today and to my horror I lost all my phone contacts. In addition to it I am unable to use the Whatsapp application. I reinstalled it and launched the app and still it is not processing properly and start the application. I am not even able to take printscreen... Please help

Have you tried the Jelly Bean way to screenshot? Power button and volume down at the same time?

Oh yes I tried.... it does not respond.. and moreover, there also isnt an alert that appears when your device falsely says "out of device memory".

I don't know much about your phone model. I think that you may be having memory issues in that it says you only have 2gb of usable space internally. Can you move applications to the memory card or remove any?
