Root Problem after unrooting?

So I unrooted my transformer and removed clockworkmod recovery, so I'm fully stock now. I did this to prepare for the OTA ICS update... That should be released mid February.

But now my transformer is running slow and some apps force close, also it does not update my firmware automatically, I have to flash the firmware.zip manually off the Asus website.

Any ideas??? PLEASE (Not to sound like a desperate noob, but I sorta am lol)

Try factory resetting, but reroot and use voodoo ota rootkeeper to keep your root, and titanium to backup apps
