Help Problem after updating to android 6.0

Ever since I updated my HTC 816 dual sim version to Android marshmallow(6.0) my phone is behaving weird.When charging with the phone on ,the system always restarts installing like updating the apps again or optimizing the apps. Please help.
 
I've never heard that one before. A generic suggestion after major update is to back your data up, do a factory reset, then restore your apps and data. This gives you a cleaner start with the new OS and may clear any little problems left by the update. I cannot guarantee it will help with this, but it's all I can think of right now.
