Root Problem answering calls

I am on the das bamf sense rom the newest cubed bamf 1.0.7 i think, and sometimes when people call me, it will say end call instead of answer, and if i hit the end call it hangs up on them instead of answering... i try and turn my screen off but it just ignores the call... i had this problem on the 1.0.6 and 1.0.5 also.... anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Get the 2.1 dialer patch fromt he second post in the thread.
