Help problem battery of phone

i have problem when i charge my phone like 50% i use it normaly and phone get turn off in like 30% and when i turn it on again the battery is 0%

Sounds like the battery is defective. Try replacing it (if possible), otherwise return it to the manufacturer to have it checked.

There might be a setting to bring that turnoff point lower.
What kind of phone is it?

That sounds like it's either a battery problem or maybe a software issue.
Let the battery reach 0% then charge your battery up to 100% without break, then let it fully discharge, if didn't work:
If your device is on warranty send it back right away, otherwise I'd recommend you to replace the battery.
