Help Problem - Call ends immediately

Hi everybody,

i have a galaxy s3, and i've been having some problems with it, i can't receive calls most of the time, i can't do calls unless i try 4 or 5 times to make the same call, and to send a text message i have to send it 4 ot 5 times.

Anybody can help me? or is having the same problem?

I appreciate if somebody can help me ASAP

Welcome aboard. Perform a "reset" of the device. This should wipe out all incompatible or malicious installed applications.

If not, then you might have to get the device checked out by a technician for repairs or replacement.

so i have reset it and nothing happenned, i also have tried to update the software but again without success, do you think only taking it to repair? there is nothing i can do?

I'm afraid so. A reset usually fixes most problems.

I moved your thread to its support forum for further assistance. Hopefully someone else might have some other advice as to how to fix this problem.
