Help Problem Connecting Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 To PC

I have installed and reinstalled the latest kies and Samsung PC Studio, reinstalled the drivers twice and still i cant get pc studio nor kies to connect to my device, my phone starts charging with the usb symbol at the top, and start scanning the media and sd card but on my computer, it recognises my phone in devices and printers but has it as a modem and unspecified. If i put it into mass storage mode it works fine but it would to to be able to connect it to Samsung pc studio or kies

I'm new to Samsung phones as well.
I also had the connectivity problem.
But... I found this answer on the Galaxy Ace forum, that cured my problem.

Same problem for me has happened. I've manage to solve it:

1) Delete KIES and SAMSUNG USB DRIVERS.

2) Restart PC

3) Click on HERE and download these SAMSUNG USB DRIVERS

4) After install is finished plug in your phone. For the first time I recommend to turn off USB debugging.

EXPLANATION: It seems that DRIVERS which comes with latest KIES version conflicts with operating system.
