Recently some of my apps that are connected to facebook have logged out of facebook and won't allow me to reconnect them. They all happened within a week of each other. First it was Tetris Blitz. Then BattleFriends at Sea (battleship). Then Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader & Family Feud with Friends both happened at the same time (they have the same developer). Finally, most recently my Lucky Wheel with Friends (Wheel of Fortune) app did the same thing.
When you click the button to connect to facebook the screen just flashes then returns back to the same screen instead of bringing up the input fields for email and password. This is very strange to me and frustrating.
Also, all of the apps are still sending me updates telling me it's my turn to play. I get a notification from Tetris every morning. BattleFriends sends me notifications all day because I have about 30 games going on. I haven't gotten any notifications from 5th Grader or Family Feud recently because I haven't played in a few days. But when I first got logged out I was getting notifications that day and the next day.
Solutions that I've tried so far include resetting my phone & uninstalling and re-installing the apps. Obviously neither of these two worked.
Other apps that I have connected to facebook are still connected and still allowing me to connect when I manually log out. Candy Crush and Gin Rummy online are two that come to mind that I play everyday.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? I've emailed the developers and haven't heard back from them yet.
