Help Problem connecting to Hi Suite

I'm having problems connecting my Huawei x5 to Hi Suite

Anyone know anything about this?

I use Windows 7 SP1

go to setting -> applications -> development
then enable USB debugging

It will work fine

anyone know how long it will take to sync with 500+ contact? mine seem like hang there
