I just got the phone 5 days ago but it works fine android to android

Strange, I have seen issues with people not being able to play videos sent from iPhones due to a lack of support for .mov files. But picture texts always work.

Possibly an issue with her phone?

Do you know anyone else with an iPhone that could try sending you a picture? That way we could narrow it down to which phone it is.

Not in an LTE area im in Louisville...my pops has an android thru sprint...im going to call them tomorrow
