Root problem flashing ROM

Hi

I rooted my Desire using UnRevoked. Then I started flashing ROMs.
I tried:
Desire Beta 0.18.2.1
CM7 7.2.0.1
CM10 4.1.2

all without succes. After the formatting and install screen, I get an OK, phone reboots to green HTC, then goes into "splash" screen. I know this can take quite a while, but even leaving it over night did not work.

then I tried Leedroid 3.0.8.2 ... and was back up and running in 5 minutes???

Anybody know what is going wrong here? now trying MuiU but once again looking at the splash screen for quite some time already ...

You'll have to tell us about your phone version (at least GSM vs CDMA), whether the sd card is partitioned, and in detail what you do to install the ROMs, before we can answer that. I can't tell what is wrong if I don't know what you have done.

BTW there is no official CM10, so links would help.

The first post or two of a ROM thread at xda will tell you the requirements for installing the ROM, so it's always worth checking those. Don't assume that things you don't recognise don't matter.
