Problem making calls

Hi

I dropped my phone on the weekend and although I can make calls through the internet whenever I try to use my phone to make a normal call it connects but neither I or the person on the other end can hear anything.

Can't understand how I can call fine on the internet through the phone but not using the normal call process.

Please help!

Have you tried rebooting the device?
Or, if applicable, pull the battery for a few minutes, then reinsert, power up.

Perhaps there is a setting to "undo" for internet calling so you can place normal calls??

Is there a mute setting for normal calls that is set "on"?

^^^ yes try all that, but if that fails, you may have experienced a hardware failure since you dropped the phone. If you have insurance on the phone, a claim might be the only solution for you. Or a new phone.
