Accessories Problem of Headphones With Android Phone

Hi,

I am facing an amazing issue with my headphones. When I connect my headphones with my mobile, then my phone automatically turns off. This only with my mobile, but with other phones, it's working properly.

So please let me know what is the main problem.

Mobile: Samsung A30

have you tried other headphones on your phone? have you rebooted your phone? it sounds like it be a hardware issue. if it is, you will have to either take it in to be fixed, replace the phone, or try and fix it yourself. if you go with the latter, ifixit.com would be the place to go.
