Help problem or not a problem?

Just a quick question. My red led indicator light glows ever so slightly when my screen is in power saving mode. When I wake up my note 2 the red led turns off. Is this a problem? My phone is working great and just hope this not an issue. Im on the Verizon network.. Thanks for your help...

It's normal.

I believe it is part of the sensor for when you swipe your hand over the top of the phone and it will show you the time and such.

How slightly? You can only see it in the dark, for instance?

@wkosturko In case you're looking for "quick glance" it's in the MOTION settings.

It's the same for me, can only see it in the dark. Normal.
