Problem parsing the package

hi
i am using samsung galaxy mini s5570. I want to download and install my talking tom, but that app isn't compactable with my device. Then i downloaded it from another page but when it comes to installing, it keeps saying problem parsing the package. Two months ago i wanted to play i runner but it wasn't compactable with my device too and i downloaded it from another page and when it came to installing it worked and it installed without any issues.

Plz help me
