Help Problem placing conference calls using pause and pins

Hi everyone, first time posting here.

I upgraded to a Nexus 6p (Verizon Network) and I am loving it. The only problem I ran into is that when I call into conference numbers that I have saved for work purposes, the phone does not register all of the tones found after the pause.

As an example, when I use one touch dialing for a conference number it dials as follows (1-234-567-8901,,,1234567890#) The initial number is to call the conference, the (,,,) produces the wait, and the following 10 digits enters the conference code, followed by pound to confirm.

The initial dial works, the pause seems to be working, and then when the code is entered, it only enters the first 7 out of 10 digits. The line reads back the numbers and says something like "The pin you entered (1234567) is invalid" so it is apparent that the last 3 numbers are not being heard.

I have deleted the contacts that have numbers like this and re-entered them with no luck. This has worked on my previous phones as well (samsung G3, Droid Maxx.)

This problem is very annoying because I make so many business calls every day so if anyone has a solution to this it would really be appreciated. Thanks!

Exactly. Not sure why its causing this because no other phones seem to do this.

yes, understand you perfectly.

I have always had Samsung Galaxy products. The 'S' and now two 'S5' phones.
with both of them, I can freely navigate thru those computerized phone systems...

it is a mess getting the pauses worked out just right, but "oh what a Relief It Is" when done.

Can you post a video of this on youtube?
I think I can assist you but I do not understand what the procedures are...
Can you perhaps give it to me in this format?
