Help Problem playing I-tunes video file

Brown Duckz

Lurker
I downloaded the NCAA Football BCS National Championship game off i-Tunes. It list it to be an MPEG-4, but shows a file extension of .m4v , once installed on the SD card, the Video Player recognized the file, but won't play it. Do I need to do something to the file or is there not a play everything type video player yet? I've played .mp4's before, why is this situation any different?

Thanks in advanced.

Possibly a DRM issue.
You can try either DoubleTwist or Handbrake.
Doubletwist can sync and convert if necessary.
Handbrake is just a converter, use the settings for ipod. You would then have to move it to the sd card manually.

I've never used itunes so I can't say if either of these will work for sure, but it would be a start.
