I apologize in advanced if this has been asked before, I couldn't seem to find anything with a search though. I have a samsung captivate. it seems when someone sends a text message to me from an iphone that was addressed to multiple people, all I get is a message that just says download. However I can not seem to download any message. Does anyone know what is causing this and I could do to fix it
