problem receiving texts ....strange

Hey was wondering if anyone could help me out ....when I am receiving a text message only get them when i wake my phone out of sleep and as soon as I unlock the home screen all my texts come in at once ... I am using a task manger but I have the message app on ignore ...I am using the stock message app. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks

Just to rule it out, have you tried removing the task killer? I don't know which one you are using but it's best practise not to use an auto task killer and just to kill individual apps when needed.

Even if you task kill your messenger app, I still get a notification, as a recieved sms re activates the service, I think

same boat here but not using a task killer.....maybe its a coincidence, maybe its not but it seams like i get a text or email notification right when i pick up my phone....now i know that i am not only getting messages or emails right when i use my phone...
