Problem Saving Chrome App Bookmarks

When i saved a webpage as a bookmark on my phone (and also nexus 7 tablet) it always gave me the option to save it as a mobile or desktop bookmark.
But now it only lets me save them as a mobile bookmark.
I want to keep in sync with my pc
Any ideas please?

I can't help with the question, as I don't use Chrome at all, but for double posts a simple solution is to use the report button to bring it to a Mod's attention so they can clean it up for you.
