Problem saving incoming text messages

When I receive text messages on my Optimus 2 X, they go in my SIM card and I dont see the messages unless I go in parameters and then Manage message SIM card and then I can transfer them in the phone. But I cant see my historic of conversation with each contact unless I do this every time. I only see the messages I have sent. How can I fix this issue? I tried a few things and does not seem to change anything.

Problem solve: by dowloading the free handcent application my problem was solve.

Do you really want to save text messages, really? Get a subpoena and then see how good that saving did you!! If you don't need a record get rid of it! Text messages can only hurt you in the long run, they won't help you.

Thank you I had the same problem , I couldn't see any of my messages without going into the parameters and then Manage message SIM card .
