Problem sd card unexpectedly removed

I am using Samsung Galaxy Y duos s6102.

Recently an error message is showing in notification :

SD Card Unexpectedly Removed

Device details :

Android version :2.3.6

Baseband version :S6102DDLC2

Kernel version : 2.6.35.7 dpi @DELL148 #1

Build Number: GINGERBREAD.DDLC2


Any solution?
