Problem since upgrade

Dear all
I have purchased new Samsung Galaxy Grand II 3 months back. After purchase I got message for upgrade to Android Kitkat. I installed new version Android 4.4.2 after that all status indication icons such as battery status, network indication, blue tooth icon, data upload/download icon and all other notification icons are now in black and white. earlier all where in colour.
Can any one help me to restore all icons in its original colours?
Thanks in advance.

Hello uday aswar. Welcome to Android Forums. They may just be in black and white after the upgrade. If so, it will likely take root access to change them back to color. However, it may not be a change but a fault of the upgrade. It that's the case, a factory reset of the phone should remedy the problem. Here is a link to the Grand 2 discussion area where you can check and see if it was an intentional change.

Good luck on your quest and thanks for joining and using these forums.

Dear Sir
Thanks for your reply but even factory reset didn't help. After factory reset all data and applications are wiped out but Android version 4.4.2 remains without change. Can there be any other way?
