Just wanted to share the solution to my 'Google Play Store' download problem. Finally found it from another WonderMedia owner who experienced the same hassle.
From 'Settings, Apps' menu...
Start with the Google Play Store app and then do the Google Framework Services app.
Select 'clear data' (i.e. DELETE IT!!!) and then reboot. Repeat with Google Framework Services.
After reboot, tap your browser button. Search "Google Play Store." You'll be prompted to navigate to GPS either through the browser or through GPS. Choose the browser. Boom, you're at GPS and can now download GPS apps at will with ease. What a relief.
