Help Problem to power on after installing some apps

Hi!
After i tried to install some apps, the phone froze while doing it, so i powered off and then on again, and it froze again in the main screen ANDROID, i waited 30 minutes and nothing changed,
Iremoved the battery i placed it again, but still not working...
How can i solve this?

PS. My phone is an ANDROID LG p500h with Google, is pretty new.

in the below there is a method to safe boot lg p500 use that and uninstall that apps you installed

I tried that and all the hard resert ways i found! but it got worse, so i had to run to the technician and to pay for the professional restoration, the worse is that right now im having still the same problem just that i dont wanna turn it off coz i know what is going to happen...i can not install new apps it freezes while the INSTALLATION Screen...its just so annoying!

you should try to factory reset ur phone and format ur sd card once..
after that root ur phone (gingerbreak if on froyo, superoneclick if on gingerbread) and remove default bloatware that might be slowing ur phone down causing it to freeze...
