Help Problem to send MMS messages on Galaxy S3

i have a problem to sending MMS messages. when i try to send a mms message it wont send. i have all settings ok on my s3. i'm from romania and my newtork operator is orange. what should i do? is there any settings to do?
 
Hi, I'm on Vodafone in the UK and I had to contact them about the same issue. Apparently, they had to activate something on my account. Working fine now.
