Help PROBLEM TO UNINSTALLING APP

My device is Android 6.0 .
I installed mtk engineering app but it slowed my device.
So I uninstalled it
But I can not remove Mtk NLP service please help how to uninstall it

Check that it isn't set as a device administrator (in the Security settings). If it is, untick it there and you should be able to uninstall it.

That's assuming this isn't pre-installed. If it is then you won't be able to uninstall it.
