Hi guys-
I have a bunch of photos, vids, panos, and VR on my Droid Turbo; and until recently I've been able to offload them without problems using the charger USB cable.
Windows 7 at first saw the Droid fine, and I used the 'Open in Windows Explorer' option to get to the DCIM folder for offloading.
Now, however, while the win7 laptop makes the usual connection noises, the wattayawannado panel never opens, and checking in MyComputer, the Droid is shown as a CD drive and clicking on it asks me to insert a disk!
What is strange is that when I use the same transfer method on an old Vista model, everything goes fine every time.
Both laptops have identical Norton security on them, the Droid has Avast Mobile and Astro for a File Manager, altho I'm not using it when doing this transfer.
So what am I missing here... is it really dumb?:]
