I want to update the firmware on my Samsung Galaxy S2. It currently has the original Android Gingerbread 2.3.3. I've installed Kies on my PC and when I connect the phone, it tells me that a firmware update is available (Jellybean). When I click to update, it appears to download but then nothing else happens - no android appearing on the phone screen. It just sits there with a usb symbol showing on the screen and Kies appears to have hung up on the PC.
