Help Problem updating multimedia

Hi, Any multimedia i add to my internal memory is not showing up in music player and gallery exept photos taken by my phone camera and screenshots. The old ones are there. Contents in external memory gets updated. This problem started when i installed applock.
Phone is Micromax canvas pep q371.

Do you have a good file manager like solid explorer or es explorer(probably easiest)? There's a lil trick apps use to hide images and its most likely doing that. Gotta find which folders that media is in first.

Make sure you put the music files in the folder called Music on your internal SD card. I use ES File explorer and the path is Device/sdcard/Music.
