Help problem updating to ICS 4.0.4

I have a problem, my phone get a system update message to 4.0.4 , currently running 4.0.2 ....
when installing the update a red warning sign appears just after starting the installation of the new version .. what should i do ?

i'm new to android , galaxy nexus is my first android device ... and i'm hoping to learn more about it , apparently its a powerful device "i think "

What phone are you running? I can move your thread into your specific phone's subforum, where you'll be more likely to get help if you like. Let me know :)
