Help Problem upgrading S3

I searched google if anyone has this problem but it seems to be unique.

Ok here is my phone system specs:
Android version: 4.4.2
Model number: SGH-I747M

This phone is not rooted. I tried upgrading my S3 system software but it notfies me that i have the lastest version. I then try upgrading the system software using Samsung Kies and that one also tells me i have the lastest version.

Is 4.4.2 the lastest version??

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Yes 4.4.2 is the latest version for the S3. There was talk of getting 5.0 But may never happen.
