I have backed up documents on my PC (using Bullguard). Just tried to access them via the Bullguard website from my android mobile (HTC desire). Whilst I can see the documents when I click on them to download to my phone it says that 'the content is not supported on the phone and that there is no compatible software on my phone'. However I do have office software on my phone which allows me to view WORD documents etc.
Any ideas?
