Problem: what is this on my cell phone?

These lines of code appeared on my phone on last night when I went to lunch on my job, I never had his problem before and dont know what happened. I tried rebooting my phone, removing and reinstalling the battery, and factory reset and these lines arent going anywhere. So does anyone know what is happening and how do I get rid of this problem? my phone is an android samsung huawei by the way.

Turn off developer options mate or go into developer options and turn off "show cpu usage" :thumbup:
