Help Problem when booting my Wiko

Phsvx

Lurker
Hello everybody
I flashed, with Flashify, a custom recovery. But when i rebooted my phone in recovery mode, i got nothing but a black screen. So i decided to restart my device in normal mode to check what's wrong but it's now stuck on the android boot logo. So now im stuck with a device without recovery that won't boot.
Plz heelp me :)

I tried the flashtool but the downloading always fail at 30%. Some time after, accidentaly clicked on the download button without pluging in my device and the flash tool start downloading like a device was connected. So i think that the software doesn't recognize my smartphone but i can hear the windows sound when a device is connected. I don't understand :(

Did you download the Wiko USB driver at the top of the page?

I'm not familiar with Wiko devices, so I'm unsure if there are any additional steps involved such as unlocking the bootloader. According to the page it just says to run the exe and follow the instructions.

I'd try installing that driver and check the device manager on your PC and make sure it is recognizing the device properly. Also, you might try redownloading the firmware in case there was a problem with the first download.

Edit:

I see that the download includes the driver. You are extracting the contents of the zip folder? Also open device manager and right click on your device and add the driver. Choose have disk and browse to the location of the driver you downloaded. That might help if windows is having trouble finding the driver.

The noise you hear means that you connected a device but it doesn't always mean Windowscould find and installthe drivers. With random devices sometimes it has problems and you have to do it manually.

I tried to install the drivers trough device manager but windows says that the devices already have the good drivers.

When you connect the device to the PC is it in USB debugging mode or MTP or charge only? You may need to change the connection type.

You may also need to open the hidden developer options and check an option in there to allow USB debugging depending on version of Android.

To do that go to settings>about phone and tap on build number 7 times. It may or may not be an option on your device but it's something to check anyway.
