Help Problem when calling someone with galaxy s3

Hello everyone,
I do not know what happened to my phone, but when I try to call someone, I have to wait 10 to 20 seconds between pressing the screen and having the call screen displayed... during this time, my phone acts like nothing happened and I can use it (it is not frozen). What can be the cause of this annoying problem? thank you

Is it possible that S-Voice or Motion Control are activated and are in some way waiting for further instruction from you before completing the action? I don't have specific experience with your problem, but I do know that others have experienced laggy response times in other areas due to the pause that results from triggering voice and/or motion control.

It couldn't hurt to go into settings and turn off S-Voice and Motion Control (if they're on) and see if you still have the same issue. If you do, at least you've eliminated those as possible causes and if you don't... problem solved!

i switched off those two options, but still same issue
