Hello, I get problem when dialing: not any sound, even the ringtone while on the other end people can hear me clearly. What can I do? Thanks

The problem you are describing may be caused by the ear speaker having failed. If your phone is still under warranty a return would be in order.

Hello and welcome to AF. You can try to "reset" the device to see if that fixes the problem. Have you installed any application(s) recently? The reason I ask this, is because sometimes an installed app could caused problems on some devices.
It would also be nice if you could post the name of your device -- this usually helps to narrow down the problem.
