Problem when waking the device with home buttons.

When ever I wake my phone with home button, then unlock, the next time I press the home button will fail. The second time and every other time after the faillure will work. However, if I wake the device with the power button no problems.

I asked my friend to try this on his phone ( same as me ) Same problem.

Anyone can test or help to fix this?

just tested. and no issues.

BUT, i'm rooted, and running CM10. don't know if that makes a difference to your testing.

Probably a touch wiz issue... Do you think using nova or another launcher would help? or I'd need something to overwrite touchwiz such cm10?
