Help Problem with Android 2.2, please help

I just installed ten minutes ago on my Samsung galaxy s , Android 2.2 using Kies but it doesn't work properly...it keeps vibrating for no reason, it runs really really slow, and even the signal to my phone keeps going off somethimes and media scaner starts running, also for no reason and it doesn't respond to all my comands. Can someone plase help me? Or at least can someone tell me how to downgrade it back to Android 2.1 where everything was running perfect?

You need to do a factory reset after upgrading.
