Problem With apps in Xperia Mini :(

Hi guyz..

I've got an annoying problem with my phone :(
I just bought The Xperia Mini and When i download some app, it shows as if its downloaded but it doesnt show on my phone.. I've downloaded like 4 apps and 3 games but i can't find any of them on my phone..

So can sum1 Plz help, ill be very grateful :)
 
Are they shown as successfully installed in the notification bar? You've checked your app drawer for the apps? I'm not completely familiar with your phone but perhaps your app drawer is only displaying stock apps (such as Gmail, Calender etc) and not those downloaded?

Well, under the Settings section, you won't be able to directly open the app, just uninstall like you're seeing.
If you go to your app drawer are you seeing any apps/games that have been downloaded, or just those that came preinstalled?
 
If your home screen looks like this:

That icon in the lower left is your app drawer. Tap on that and you should see all your app icons and can launch them from there.
 
Are there no settings in your app drawer to select what apps are displayed?
Sounds like they are on your phone. Can you go into the Play Store find one of the apps and open it from there?
 
Its okay, I Shut down the mobile and switched it on again, they were all there then....

Ah, so your app drawer is in the traditional middle spot. :)

Yeah, once every blue moon this sort of thing happens on an Android phone.

If your model has a removable battery, pull it out for a good 60 seconds, that usually clears up the problem when power cycling doesn't.
