Problem with bootloop with samsung transform ultra

Super new to this forum.
But I am in need to pick your brains.
My Ultra is not rooted whatsoever.
Anyways, I've only had this phone for maybe 2 months,
I plugged it into the charger, and it just got stuck into a boot loop
it would show the charging little animation, and then act like it was turning
on then return to the logo, just constantly rebooting itself.
so I took the battery out, I did a Factory reset , and a Hard reset
and still nothing, its still stuck. here's the fishy part. Now when I turn it on
with the charger inside of it, it won't show that it is charging. but I am able
to use the phone as long as the charger is in the phone, even though it
shows no indicator that its charging, but when I plug the charger out,
about 5 minutes later it will say my battery is at 1%. I can turn it off and on normally, that's not an issue, I just can't charge it. I've tried tons of different chargers, my brains like whacky cake right now D:
any help would be appreciated :) I'm thinking about getting an external charger to charge the battery and use the phone that way, do you think that would be a good temporary solution ?

You could have a bad battery. I would try a different battery if you can. If you've only had the phone two months it should still be under warranty.

I have the same phone with the same problem!!!!!!!!!!!! only had it for about a month. just keeps restarting i found that if it is plugged into a computer and turned on it will SOMETIMES charge doing that is so annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got the damn thing have you found a solution?????????
