Help Problem with contacts sync....

I have a problem, when i create a new contact in the phone or in gmail contacts, it doesnt appear on the "other side", phone or gmail contacts, but the birth date of the same new contact appear on the calendar, so it seams that it sync the calendar but not the contacts?
The funny thing is that i already have sync the contacts the 1st time, but now and with the same configuration i can
