Just bought a Galaxy S7. There was a notification that there was a firmware update. I go to download it, and I keep on getting the message that I need to be connected to Wifi first. And I am connected to it. I can download updates to apps. No problem. Just not this particular update. What is the problem? (I have cleaned the cache partition, rebooted phone, etc.) Thanks for your time.
