I recently purchased a Xolo Q1000 mobile and using it on Vodafone network in Mumbai India. It runs on Android Jelly bean. The problem is with the corporate mail account. In the folders' section the "Sent Box" does not open at all. My Phone company tried to re-install the software, but it did not help. I think the problem related to jelly bean 4.2.1 version. Anybody has any update/idea.

Welcome to Android Forums and hello.

The first thing I would try would be to clear the cache of the app through settings--> applications--> (then find the email app), and look for clear cache.

You might need to clear the data for the app also, although this is more rare.

Also, you might need to set the email app to sync your sent folder. I know with my corporate account, it generally doesn't store anything that I don't specifically set to sync.

Exchange on Android still has a considerable amount of issues, especially through the stock application. You may want to try a third party app, like Touchdown for exchange synchronization.
