Problem with Flashing using TWRP

Hi guys I am having issues flashing any rom with twrp. I am using the lg g3 - d855k and when attempting to install any roms or gapps via twrp it exits that twrp screen and loads up twrp again with the normal loading screen. I have no idea what is happening. The firmware I am attempting to install is "cm-13.0-20160716-NIGHTLY-d855" and these gapps "open_gapps-arm-6.0-stock-20160715" but when installing twrp crashes. I wiped cache and system and now I can not boot into stock firmware nor to I have a backup because when I attempted to make one it said failed so I just tryed to flash and this happened. If anyone would be able to help me I would be very thankful.

EDIT: Also the twrp version I am using is 2.8.7.0

switch to latest and see if it's still happening

use latest TWRP and may sure you can write to the phone.
I know I had problems before until I enabled write access
