I am new here, so forgive me if anyone has asked this before. I have had my Epic 4G since Mid June 2011. I am not having any problems with anything on the phone except the four function buttons on the front of the phone--the menue, home, back and search buttons. They will not work now. I have to slide the keyboard out and use those buttons on that instead. I took my phone to sprint Friday and they had it for 2 hours and got it working again. Now the buttons are again malfunctioning. Has anyone experienced this and if so, can you tell me what is causing it? I have never dropped my phone or gotten it wet. I'm extremely careful with it. Just really frustrated with these buttons not working properly.
