Help Problem with galaxy ace..Can anyone help?

Hi there .. I'm having a problem with the phone or with sd cause I have lost a good part of my photos and videos .. I didn't deleted them or format the phone or card I don't know how they vanished ..and I really don't care about all, just one video I want it back because I didn't save it in that moment and it's very important for me ..
I never had this kind of problems and I don't know what to do ,so if someone has an idea about what should I do, I totally appreciate it.

Welcome to the forums!

The only really thing you could do is try connecting your device to your computer and looking into the SD card that way. Make sure you have the correct USB drivers installed.

Well,I did that already but with no success I have the photos and videos starting 2013 but the ones from 2012 none.. all I have is some photos on the thumbnails ..
I am searching for programs that recovers your database but with no success cause they find photos and some videos that usually are songs or it's one or 2 videos but not the one I'm searching for that is important for me..

I just finished another research of the sd card with Undelete360 and I found some videos and some photos that in the status bar it says overwritten a few are good .. a part of the photos I can see but a few I cannot open them, neither with paint.. and the videos, some I can see, some of them are songs and some of them I cannot see them with vlc neither with windows media player the error is C00D1199.
Now, I believe that one of the videos that doesn't open is the one I'm searching for ..now ,uhm.. any suggestions ??
Is there a program I can use to see them or to convert them? The properties of the file says Video MP4 (.MP4) like the ones i can see ..
I'm in dilemma..:confused:
 
Overwritten files will not work. Try to recover only good/healthy ones, *.JPG and *.MP4. Don't forget to recover them to your HDD, not to the SD!

Well,Rob i tried with vlc and no results and with media player classic it opens the video but they are songs no video a few I have recovered, but not the one I need to recover and the same thing it seems to be even with the partition of the pc that I scan it .. I think I didn't find the right program that recovers complete files.
The last program I tried was Card Recovery Pro Version and with no luck..
 
SashiX , I don't need all the videos only one or two videos are ok to me.. and seems like I cannot find them or maybe I'm not doing the right thing to recover them.

socrates0, it didn't read my sd only the memory of the phone served me just with call logs messages .. I need something that may recover my video or something that can read the videos that I've recovered from the recovery program that vlc or media player classic can't play them.
I cannot find peace until I find that video because is with a person that I lost a few weeks ago..
 
Use a recovery software to recover your data from the sd card, looks like your card has corrupted. Try Easus recovery, it saved my data from a corrupted external hard disk.
