Help Problem with GPRS data connectivity

GPRS intermittent disconnection in Galaxy Y S5360 with Docomo 2G can be due to (Higher chances of )

I'm using Samsung S5360 Galaxy Y model and Tata Docomo GPRS 2G.

I'm facing frequent disconnections with the network in Mumbai. It suddenly gets disconnected and then connected again... Its not on roaming and call connectivity is available.

Can I tweak it ?

Is that a problem with device ?? or problem with network ?
