My Moto X seems to have a problem/bug with the incoming call screen. I'm fairly sure this is not normal behavior, as I do not have the same problem on my Droid Maxx, and in other respects, it's a very similar phone.
When I received a call, I see the top of the caller picture in the upper half of the screen (the picture is cut off), and the lower half (at least - maybe a bit more than half) is solid black. When I hit the phone button, then the option to answer, deny or message pops up.
I have Googled the problem, and some say it's working as intended, and some say it's a bug that you can fix if you are rooted. Which is it?
